Terms & Privacy Policy
Leads Learning Center – State of Qatar
By enrolling in any program or using our services, parents/guardians and students agree to the following Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Enrollment & Services
- Enrollment is subject to seat availability and completion of registration requirements.
- Admission is confirmed upon payment of applicable fees.
- The Center reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or teaching methods when necessary to maintain quality standards.
- The Center provides academic support and structured guidance; final academic outcomes depend on the student’s effort, attendance, and school evaluation.
Fees & Payments
- Tuition fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule (monthly or term-based).
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition fees, once paid are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion. (Refund requests must be submitted in writing.)
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to student absence.
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
- Any fee changes will be communicated in advance.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and peers.
Serious misconduct, repeated violations, or non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, notes, worksheets, recordings, and content provided by Leads Learning Center remain the intellectual property of the Center. They may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without written permission.
Safety & Responsibility
- The Center will take reasonable care to provide a safe learning environment during class hours.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up.
- The Center is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal information (student and parent details) for academic, administrative, and communication purposes only.
All data is handled in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection (State of Qatar).
- Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
- Photos or videos of students will only be used for promotional purposes with prior written consent from parents/guardians.
- Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of their data, subject to legal requirements.
Governing Law
The Center shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
